C. Christopher Gaut to Retire from FET Board of Directors

HOUSTON, February 17, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FET) today announced that Mr. C. Christopher Gaut plans to retire from the FET Board of Directors at the end of his term and not stand for re-election at FET’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Gaut was first elected as a director of Forum Oilfield Technologies in 2006. In 2010, following his retirement from Halliburton, where he led a distinguished career as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gaut developed a strategy leading to the creation of Forum Energy Technologies. He subsequently led FET through its initial public offering in 2012 as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
