Mm2 Asia subsidiaries, MM2 Star Screen and MM2 Screen Management, have decided to proceed with creditors' voluntary liquidation, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The decision was taken since both companies can no longer continue their operations as going concerns, with Chiang Teng Guan of Rodgers Reidy & Co. appointed as interim liquidator.
