HINSANG GROUP (06893) announced that, effective April 20, 2026, current Acting Chairperson and Executive Director Ms. Guan Liwen has been appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Her roles as Acting Chairperson and Executive Director remain unchanged. Ms. Peng Zhixin has been appointed as an Executive Director of the company, effective April 20, 2026. Also effective April 20, 2026, Mr. Peng Shaoyan has ceased to be the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and Ms. Peng Zhixin has been appointed as the authorized representative.
