Guidance on the help of external transfer of stocks from integrated accounts

To transfer stocks from an external brokerage firm to the Tiger Securities (hereinafter referred to as Tiger) integrated account, users need to fill in the stock transfer application, confirm the information and submit it to Tiger Securities, and notify the original broker of the three- step process of stock transfer .

The following are the operating instructions of Tiger Securities' mobile terminal and official website, and the user can choose one of them to operate.

1. Mobile phone operation

1. Open the "Tiger Trade" App , enter the My page, and click Fund Account ;

2. On the Account Overview page, click Position Transfer ;

3. Select the corresponding market according to the stocks to be transferred. If you need to transfer stocks to different markets, please submit the position transfer instructions for each market.


Fill in the stock transfer application

1. Fill in broker information

Transferred party information: refers to the original name of the external broker before the stock was transferred to Tiger. You can select the name of the external broker through the drop-down menu. For example, if you transfer stocks from brokerage firm to Tiger Securities, select "A brokerage firm " here . If there is no corresponding brokerage firm in the list, please select another brokerage firm.

Account number: refers to the account number opened by you at the above-mentioned external brokerage firm. You need to fill in this item.

Account name: refers to the name of your account opened with the above-mentioned external broker. You can use the drop-down menu to select the account name of the external broker that is consistent with the account opening name of Tiger Securities. If the name of your account opened with an external broker is different from the name of Tiger Securities, please select other name and fill in the specific name information.

After completing the broker information, click Next, fill in the stock information .

2. Fill in the stock information

You can click Add Stock Information " to fill in the transfer-in stock information, and you can add multiple stock transfer-in information.

Stock name code: refers to the name or code of Tiger Securities that you are expected to transfer from the external brokerage filled in the previous step.

Number of stocks: refers to the number of stocks that you expect to transfer to Tiger Securities from the external brokerage filled in the previous step.

Cost per share: This item is not required. Tiger Securities collects the cost price information of your stock and is mainly used to help you calculate the holding cost in the future. If you do not fill in, Tiger Securities will use your stock to transfer to the market price of Tiger on the day Calculate the holding cost for you.

After filling in all the transferred stock information, click Next, Confirm Information .


Confirm the information and notify the original broker to transfer the stock

1. Confirm the transfer-in stock application information

If you make a mistake or omission, please go back and modify it. After confirming that the transferor information and stock information are correct, click Confirm correct and submit immediately .

2. Notify the original broker to transfer the shares

After successfully submitting the application to Tiger and confirming the information, the page will display your "Tiger Receiving Account Information", please save and record this information. When notifying the original broker to transfer the stock, please fill in the information of the receiver corresponding to the content in the "Tiger Receiving Account Information".

2. Official website operation

Log in to Tiger's official website

1. Open the Tiger official website ( https://www.itiger.com/ ), log in to your Tiger personal account, and click Personal Center ;

2. Select Position Transfer .

3. Select the corresponding market according to the stocks to be transferred. If you need to transfer stocks to different markets, please submit the position transfer instructions for each market.



Fill in the stock transfer application

1. Fill in broker information

1. Fees for transferring stocks to Tiger's comprehensive account: Tiger does not charge transfer fees, and transfers out of brokerages.

2. Time for stock transfer to Tiger’s comprehensive account: The specific time is subject to actual conditions and mainly depends on the stock transfer time of the transfer-out broker.
