Planetree International Development Limited released its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and notice of Annual General Meeting, together with the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report on 29 April 2026. English and Chinese versions of all documents are now available on the company’s website (www.planetreeintl.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends that stakeholders review the online versions, but non-registered holders can request free printed copies. To obtain hard-copies of the current or all future corporate communications, investors should complete the enclosed request form and submit it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by email (613-ecom@vistra.com). A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns.

Shareholders who prefer to receive corporate communications electronically must provide a valid email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a functional email address is registered, the company will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication.
