宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司（简称“宁德时代”，股票代码03750）于2026年5月7日发布2026年4月股份变动月报表，披露截至2026年4月30日的股本及股份发行情况。
报告期内，宁德时代注册资本增至人民币4,626,492,821元。H股由上月底的155,915,300股增加至218,300,300股，增幅为62,385,000股。A股方面，由上月底的4,408,147,929股增加至4,408,192,521股，增幅为44,592股，其中库藏股保持在31,982,306股未发生变化。
根据月报显示，宁德时代H股在2026年4月30日通过配售方式增加发行62,385,000股，A股则通过行使股票期权与限制性股票激励计划新增发行44,592股，累计融资金额人民币14,044,539.56元。公司H股公共持股量占该类已发行股份总数的4.75%，公共持股对应市值约为122,549,422,414.00港元。
在股权激励方面，2021年通过的股票期权与限制性股票激励计划期权执行后，已行使期权涉及A股数量为37,859股；2022年通过的同类股权激励计划亦有6,733股被行使。购回及注销方面，本月无新增购回或注销情况。
