10月23日，据康龙化成官微消息，香港城市大学与康龙化成于2025年10月17日签署合作框架协议，旨在通过双方的高校优势与产业资源，共同培养人才、促进数字医学创新与推动知识共享，加速转化更多具潜力的数字医疗、生物医药和生命健康科技解决方案，并助力港城大的科研成果落地应用，为香港和中国内地创造长远的社会及经济效益。
据介绍，港城大致力于推动创新创业与数字医学发展，不但自2021年起成立HK Tech 300计划，至今培育超过千支初创团队，更于2024年起成立城大数字医学研究院，与全球多间知名大学与医学院、临床医疗及业界伙伴，以及医疗科技投资者合作。康龙化成在中国、美国、英国均开展运营，拥有超过22,000多名员工，为北美、欧洲、日本和中国等地的合作伙伴提供新药研发解决方案。
