On April 9, a shareholder of IMAGI INT'L (00585) transferred shares from Citibank to Wai Faat Securities. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$249 million, representing 16.37% of the company's issued share capital.
On March 24, IMAGI INT'L released its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company reported total revenue of HK$22.457 million, a decrease of 42.5% year-on-year. The loss attributable to company owners was HK$4.567 million, narrowing by 75.5% compared to the previous year. The basic loss per share was 1 Hong Kong cent.
