Han Cheng Development Holdings (00361) announced that Ms. Cai Jiaying has resigned from her positions as the company's secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notifications in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), and chief financial officer, effective April 10, 2026, to pursue other career opportunities.

The board of directors further announced that Ms. Yan Xiuping has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from April 10, 2026.
