神话世界有限公司（股份代号：00582）在香港联合交易所主板上市。根据最新公告，公司董事会建议在即将召开的股东周年大会上申请股份购回授权，规模最高可达已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的10%。
公司公布的数据显示，截至2026年4月16日，神话世界已发行股份总数约为36.51亿股，此次获授权后最多可回购约3.65亿股。董事会指出，将按照百慕达法律和香港上市规则相关规定，以公司可合法动用的资金进行购回，包括来源于股本、可分派储备或股份溢价账户等。
董事会认为，适度回购有助于提升每股价值及股东回报，并在适当时机为公司资本运作提供更大灵活性。公告披露的最近十二个月内公司股份于联交所最高成交价约为每股0.186港元，最低成交价约为每股0.096港元。
董事会表示，这一购回计划符合公司及股东的整体利益。股东周年大会定于2026年5月27日举行，董事会将就购回授权提交决议。公司将于5月21日至5月27日暂停办理股份过户手续，5月20日收市前办理过户登记的股东可获出席大会并投票的资格。
