Kimou Environmental Holding Limited (Stock Code: 6805) has disclosed that an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Taizhou Jincheng Environmental Technology, entered into new construction agreements on 7 November 2025 with Guangdong Jinjunda Construction Engineering. These contracts focus on civil and installation works for multiple plant buildings in Huadong Surface Treatment Recycling Eco-Industrial Park (Huadong Park), with a total contract sum of RMB136.77 million.
According to disclosures, the newly signed contracts—when aggregated with previous construction agreements executed with Guangdong Jinjunda—exceed the 5% threshold but remain below 25% under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, making the transactions disclosable without requiring shareholder approval. The cumulative value of all ongoing construction arrangements across Huazhong Park, Huizhou Park, Qingshen Park, and Huadong Park stands at approximately RMB234.03 million.
These projects involve general contracting services, including preliminary civil engineering, structural assembly, electrical systems, and drainage. Payment schedules largely follow milestone-based progress payments, with a portion retained as defect liability coverage. The Company indicates that outlays will be funded through internal resources and bank loans.
The construction works aim to increase leasable floor area, enhance wastewater treatment capacity, and support planned facility upgrades throughout the four industrial parks. The Company will continue to announce subsequent contracts for remaining construction phases, maintaining all applicable disclosure requirements under the Listing Rules.
