Planetree International Development Limited announced on 29 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, circular with notice of Annual General Meeting, proxy form, and the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available on both the company website (www.planetreeintl.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously chose to receive printed communications will find the full set of current documents enclosed in hard copy. Those preferring physical copies in future must complete and return the accompanying reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to 613-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies are provided free of charge.

Shareholders are responsible for supplying a functional email address. Without a valid email on record, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will be dispatched in printed form only, until an updated email address is submitted. The standing instruction selected on the reply form will remain effective for all corporate communications until revised in writing or until 31 December 2027, whichever occurs first.
