威扬酒业国际控股2025上半年营收1.19亿港元，经调整净利润924.7万港元

截至2025年9月30日止6个月，威扬酒业国际控股的营收为1.189亿港元，同比下降约24.6%。同期经调整净利润约924.7万港元，同比下降约16%。毛利约2534.1万港元，同比减少约15.9%，毛利率由去年同期的19.1%提升至21.3%。运营效率方面，经营利润约1488.8万港元，同比下降约20.2%，经营利润率由11.8%提升至12.5%。与此同时，期内经营活动现金流净额为-1.2717亿港元，上年同期为正的232.1万港元，主要由于存货增幅和预付款项增加所致。销售及分销开支为576.8万港元，同比下降约16.5%，行政开支为541.3万港元，同比下降约7.6%。

业务分项

在产品结构方面，葡萄酒产品依旧是核心业务，期内实现营收1.0520亿港元，同比减少约22%。其他酒精饮品营收1372.6万港元，同比下降约36.6%。葡萄酒配件产品则为19,000港元，同比大幅下滑，主要受去年高基数因素影响。公司表示，此次整体收入减少同样与去年上半年较高基数影响相关；不过，随着消费市场稳步恢复，高端及精选五款红酒的毛利率略有提升，带动综合毛利率同比上升。

董事会在公告中提到，尽管宏观环境对酒品消费仍有一定影响，但看好未来市场调整与长期发展机遇，并将继续优化成本结构和业务布局。
