智通财经APP获悉，中国建筑国际(03311)跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.28%，报11.64港元，成交额3929.81万港元。
消息面上，中国建筑国际此前宣布，公司将于10月26日举行董事局会议，藉以(其中包括)批准本公司及其附属公司2024年第三季度未经审核财务资料及未经审核经营情况及其发布。
摩根大通发布研报称，中国建筑国际估值不昂贵，且在股本回报率及经营现金流缓慢改善下，估值逐步修复的故事仍然继续。但该股欠缺短期催化剂，香港特区政府《施政报告》在公共开支方面带来的惊喜有限，因此下调对该股投资评级，由“增持”降至“中性”，目标价维持12.1港元。
