【上海临港：收到30亿元中期票据注册通知书】金十数据3月27日讯，上海临港公告，公司拟向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请注册发行不超过人民币30亿元的中期票据，近日已收到交易商协会出具的《接受注册通知书》。注册额度自通知书落款之日起2年内有效，由招商银行、交通银行、宁波银行和上海浦东发展银行联席主承销。公司将在注册有效期内分期发行，并按相关管理要求进行发行管理。发行完成后，公司将通过交易商协会认可的途径披露发行结果。公司将择机发行并履行信息披露义务。
