BlockBeats News, May 7th, according to the Financial Times, OpenAI plans to expand its $500 billion data center project "Stargate" overseas to the United States, but has not yet disclosed details of the project's financing and implementation. Chris Lehan, Vice President of Global Affairs at OpenAI, said: "This investment will exceed our expectations in the United States."
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman launched the "Stargate" project in January of this year at the White House with U.S. President Trump, SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son, and Oracle's Larry Ellison.
