Frasers Hospitality Trust's (SGX:ACV) application for a scheme meeting has been fixed for hearing on June 24, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The trust had earlier filed an application with the High Court of Singapore to convene a scheme meeting to approve the scheme of arrangement in relation to its privatization, by its stapled securityholders.
