捷利交易宝(08017)发布公告，为满足业务发展需要，于2025年7月29日，公司对集团间接全资附属公司TradeGo Markets Limited (TGM)进行4300万港元增资。本次增资后，TGM的实缴资本总额为8000万港元，公司对TGM的持股比例不变。
TGM为香港证券及期货条例下的持牌法团，根据证券及期货条例获发1号及7号牌照，可从事证券交易及提供自动化交易服务的受规管活动。于截至2025年3月31日止年度，TGM于香港进行多个首次公开发售项目的经纪、承销及首次公开发售保证金融资业务，业务实现强劲增长。
