智通财经APP讯，亚洲电视控股(00707)发布公告，共同临时清盘人申请的聆讯将于2025年10月24日(星期五)下午二时正(开曼群岛时间)在大法院举行。
根据共同临时清盘人申请，本公司已请求大法院授予共同临时清盘人以下权力，其中包括：制定可行的重组计划以使本公司得以持续经营、经营本公司的业务、代表本公司与所有相关监管机构及主管机关进行沟通与联系，以进行必要的监管行动及符合任何必要的上市要求以及调查本公司的事务。
委任共同临时清盘人的目的，乃将业务及事务移交予独立专业的法院人员，以维护及保障本公司、股东及其债权人的权益。
本公司相信，提出共同临时清盘人申请符合本公司、股东及其债权人的整体最佳利益。
