消息面上，据证券时报，当前，在数据中心建设浪潮与全球电力紧缺的双重驱动下，发电业务正成为内燃机行业未来最大的增长引擎。相关数据显示，基于AI发展以及数字基建扩张，数据中心发电机组需求急剧增长，预计2030年全球市场容量将达2.3万台。此前，美国康明斯发布2030战略，明确发电将是传统业务未来最大增长点，并预测2030年全球大缸径柴油发电机市场规模将达120亿美元。
兴业证券指出，重庆机电集团隶属于重庆国资委，控股业务主要包含水轮机、电线电缆、气体压缩机、工业泵、风电叶片、机床（重庆机床、英国PTG公司）等装备类业务，同时参股重庆康明斯和重庆日立能源。重庆康明斯为康明斯中国唯一大缸径发动机企业，受益于大缸径及数据中心蓬勃发展；重庆日立能源主要生产220kv及以上变压器，受益于海外高压电网建设。该行认为，重庆康明斯和重庆日立能源未来几年具有较高增长确定性，而主业随着减值减少逐步进入盈利释放期。
