Health Care Up as Novo Nordisk Recoups Some Losses -- Health Care Roundup

Healthcare companies rose after a twist in the price war among obesity-drug makers.

Shares of Danish Wegovy maker Novo Nordisk shot up almost 10%, recouping some of its recent losses, after the Food and Drug Association signaled it may crack down on a cheaper copycat of its Wegovy pills from Hims & Hers Health. Hims & Hers slipped to a near one-year low.

Health insurer Centene's shares rose after the swung to a fourth-quarter loss despite logging higher revenue as the company continues working to restore profitability and stabilize its Medicaid business.
