Feb 5 (Reuters) - ConocoPhillips COP.N CEO Ryan Lance said on Thursday the company's priority in Venezuela remains recovering money owed under existing legal judgements, as it engages cautiously with the U.S. administration and tracks policy developments affecting the process.
