Region Group (ASX:RGN) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half adjusted funds from operation (AFFO) of AU$0.069 per security, up from AU$0.067 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected AFFO of AU$0.07.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$195.8 million, compared with AU$191.9 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$203 million.
The company upgraded its fiscal 2026 earnings guidance and now expects funds from operation (FFO) of AU$0.16 per security, up from prior guidance of AU$0.159, and AFFO of AU$0.141 per security, up from prior guidance of AU$0.14. Analysts polled by FactSet expect FFO and AFFO of AU$0.16 and AU$0.14, respectively.
The company's shares rose around 4% in recent Tuesday trade.
