文远知行 夜盘涨超3%。优步提交13G文件，披露其实益持有文远知行约5,661.83万股A类普通股，占公司已发行流通A类普通股约5.82%。与此同时，文远知行也披露了股份回购进展，在香港联交所回购960.77万股A类普通股，合计投入约1.89亿港元。
