消息面上，3月内存股受Turbo Quant冲击、云厂商支出不确定性及地缘风险等因素影响遭遇集中调整，市场情绪低迷。然而摩根大通认为，本轮调整属于情绪面与基本面背离，目前三星、SK海力士2027财年市净率仅1.1倍，估值已具备显著吸引力。
资金层面，外资大幅减持64万亿韩元，而散户逆势加仓47万亿韩元。后续云厂商财报发布、HBM规格上调及LTA长协落地，有望在一至三个月内带动板块情绪反转。
