据悉，HBF的推进对AI硬件产业链具有深远影响。该技术通过在NAND闪存中引入硅通孔(TSV)堆叠封装，可在维持高带宽的同时提供约10倍于HBM的存储容量，专为填补HBM与SSD之间的存储层级断层而设计。随着AI工作负载加速向推理阶段迁移，这一技术缺口的战略价值日益凸显。
