智通财经APP讯，意力国际(00585)发布公告，公司董事会获告知，于2026年4月8日，韩旭洋先生已向公司主要股东及单一最大股东威华达控股有限公司购买公司合共1.42亿股股份(相当于本公告日期已发行股份约17.10%)。
于转让事项完成前，韩先生并无拥有任何股份。紧随转让事项完成后，威华达不再为公司的主要股东及单一最大股东;及韩先生已对1.42亿股股份(占于本公告日期已发行股份约17.10%)拥有权益，并成为公司的主要股东及公司的单一最大股东。
董事会谨此欣然宣布，韩先生已获委任为公司董事会主席及执行董事，自2026年4月14日起生效。
随着韩先生获委任为董事会主席，现任董事会主席兼执行董事的Kitchell Osman Bin先生将于2026年4月14日起卸任董事会主席职务。Kitchell先生将继续担任执行董事。
