智通财经APP讯，衍生集团(06893)发布公告，董事会注意到于2026年5月5日刊发的若干媒体报导，指本集团持有的位于香港沙田的一项物业连同一个车位及位于香港尖沙咀的一项物业(相关物业)正透过物业代理以港币1.38亿元及港币4500万元的指示性要价分别进行放售(放售)。本公司确认，其目前正积极透过物业代理寻求出售相关物业(潜在出售事项)的机会，且目前仅处于指示性要价阶段。
董事会认为，潜在出售事项为本集团提供机会(一)变现现金及释放现金价值，以支持本集团的进一步发展;及(二)节省与本集团未偿还银行借款有关的所有融资成本，原因为潜在出售事项的部分所得款项净额拟用于偿还本集团所有未偿还银行借款。
董事会认为，相关物业并非本集团核心业务营运的必要资产。董事会认为，潜在出售事项对本集团的业务营运并无重大影响。
