南财智讯5月19日电，海信家电（00921.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，于2025年7月1日至2026年5月19日期间，公司及附属公司空调公司、冰箱营销公司作为认购方，与重庆信托订立多份理财协议，认购其理财产品，合计认购金额为人民币18.065亿元。本次交易资金来源于集团自有闲置资金。根据上市规则，上述交易合并计算的相关适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易。所认购理财产品主要为固定收益类，风险评级为中低或低风险，主要投资于存款、债券等债权类资产。董事会认为，该交易有利于提高资金使用效率，符合公司及股东整体利益。
