这家钢铁巨头表示，将通过现行股票回购计划把所得资金返还给股东

　　安赛乐米塔尔周二宣布，通过减持法国钢管企业瓦卢瑞克部分股份，套现约6.67 亿美元，并计划将这笔资金用于推进现有股票回购项目，回馈股东。

　　这家总部位于卢森堡的钢铁企业此次出售瓦卢瑞克约 2390 万股股份，对应其总股本的 10%。安赛乐米塔尔于 2024 年入局投资该公司，当初斥资购入 6520 万股，拿下瓦卢瑞克 28.4% 的股权。

　　安赛乐米塔尔 2024 年曾表示，瓦卢瑞克布局美国、巴西生产基地的管材业务，在全球能源转型进程中具备重要战略价值。

　　本次股份减持采用加速簿记建档方式，面向机构投资者完成交易。此次套现所得资金，将纳入公司常态化股票回购计划，用以回馈全体股东。

　　公司称：“本次交易体现了安赛乐米塔尔在资本配置与资产组合管理上的审慎经营思路。”

　　交易完成后，安赛乐米塔尔仍将持有瓦卢瑞克约 17.3% 的股份，并继续保留一个董事会席位。该笔交易预计在 5 月 21 日前后正式完成交割。
