5月18日，衍生集团宣布，马浚伟将获委任为公司执行董事、董事会副主席及联席行政总裁，自5月20日起生效。

　　据悉，马浚伟已与衍生集团订立服务协议，为期三年，负责监督集团的整体管理及策略规划，有权就其获委任公司执行董事、董事会副主席及联席行政总裁收取每年港币2520000元，并亦可能有权收取由公司薪酬委员会及董事会参考（其中包括）其职责及现行市场条款而建议的酌情花红。

　　据媒体5月19日消息，港股衍生集团（06893.HK）股价出现大幅拉升，盘中最大涨幅一度突破200%，异动背后或源于公司前一日披露的高管委任公告。
