智通财经APP获悉，衍生集团(06893)再一度涨超36%，该股昨日放量大升，盘中涨幅高达200%。截至发稿，涨21.05%，报0.345港元，成交额664.53万港元。
消息面上，5月18日，衍生集团发布公告，宣布香港知名艺人马浚伟将出任公司执行董事、董事会副主席及联席行政总裁，相关任命自5月20日起正式生效。公告显示，马浚伟现年54岁，在企业管理、媒体、创意艺术及品牌策略方面拥有丰富经验。他于2023年底加入新城广播有限公司担任首席营运总监，其后于2025年6月获晋升为行政总裁，并一直担任该职位直至2026年5月19日离任。公告中披露，马浚伟此次任职年薪为252万港元。马浚伟上任后，将同另一位联席CEO关丽雯女士一起负责监督集团的整体管理及战略规划。
