近日，有上海市民向媒体反映，其在瑞幸咖啡购买一杯超大杯拿铁，选择“去冰”后，实际饮品的液面高度约为杯身的一半。该市民当场向店员提出疑问，店员回应称，此为公司的标准配方，去冰后不会额外增加牛奶或咖啡，因此不会满杯。此外，有消费者在社交平台发布对比图片显示，同一款饮品在正常加冰时冰块几乎占满杯体，而去冰后咖啡液面仅略高于杯身一半。
今天11时许，广州日报新花城记者发现，瑞幸官方小程序上所有咖啡饮品已无“去冰”选项。

记者随后前往广州一瑞幸线下门店，工作人员表示可以下单时备注“去冰”，记者拿到饮品后并未发现不满杯现象。记者观察店内加冰咖啡饮品，亦未发现冰块占大面积而饮品少的情况。
