Beijing Sports and Entertainment Industry Group Limited (BJ SPORTS & ENT) has executed a capital reorganisation that consolidates every ten ordinary shares of HK$0.005 par value into one consolidated share of HK$0.05 par value. The transaction, effective 24 August 2026, reduced the company’s issued share capital from 1.69 billion shares to 168.96 million shares, representing a 90.00% contraction in the share count.

There were no changes to treasury shares, and no shares were repurchased, redeemed or sold from treasury during the period. The board confirms that all regulatory and listing rule requirements have been met, and that no outstanding proceeds or conditions remain in connection with this share consolidation.

Following the adjustment, BJ SPORTS & ENT’s total number of issued ordinary shares stands at 168.96 million as of 24 August 2026.
