Hong Kong Stock Exchange latest filings show that on August 3rd, SIS INT'L (00529) experienced a change in share position, with a total transfer value of HK$25.15 million, accounting for 5% of the company's shares. The company's shareholder transferred 13.897 million shares to Interactive Brokers, while the same number of shares were moved out from Citibank.

Earlier, SIS INT'L released its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$9.628 billion, an increase of 6.9% year-on-year. Profit attributable to company owners was HK$60.501 million, a decrease of 55.58% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share were 21.8 HK cents. A final dividend of 2.5 HK cents per share has been proposed.
