Minerva Group (00397) has announced that all 990.9 million unsubscribed rights shares have been successfully placed.

As of 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026, which was the final deadline for the placing agent to place the unsubscribed rights shares, all shares were placed to 13 independent placees at a price of HK$0.038 per share.

This price matches the subscription price under the rights issue. Consequently, no net proceeds will be distributed to non-accepting shareholders under the compensation arrangement.
