OUE REIT forms new entities ahead of planned 19.9% acquisition of Salesforce Tower stake

OUE Real Estate Investment Trust (TS0U) reported that it incorporated two Singapore entities—OUE REIT (Australia) Pte. Ltd. and OUE REIT (Keystone) Pte. Ltd.—on Feb, 3 2026, and established OUE REIT (Australia) Trust in Australia on Feb, 10 2026.

The new structures were created to facilitate OUE REIT’s proposed purchase of a 19.9% interest in Salesforce Tower at 180 George Street in Sydney, as previously outlined on Feb, 24 2026.

Following the incorporations, both Singapore special-purpose vehicles became direct wholly owned subsidiaries of OUE REIT, while the Australian trust is an indirect wholly owned entity.

The manager confirmed that none of its directors or controlling unitholders has any direct or indirect interest in the transactions beyond their existing holdings in the trust.
