Grown Up Group Investment Holdings Limited published notice on 29 April 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on the company website (www.grown-up.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have already opted for hard-copy communications will receive the printed report by post. Those preferring future documents—including actionable corporate communications—in printed form must complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the pre-paid mailing label or by email to 1842-ecom@vistra.com.

The board stresses that maintaining a functional email address with the registrar is the shareholder’s responsibility. Without a valid email address on record, shareholders will continue to receive only printed notices of publication and printed actionable communications until an updated email address is provided.
