SCVE GROUP (06913) announced that after trading hours on September 22, 2025, Lingnan Vocational & Technical College entered into a decoration and construction agreement with contractor Guangdong Jisheng Construction Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, the contractor shall provide decoration, installation, and construction services for new dormitories to Lingnan Vocational & Technical College, with a contract value of RMB 66.971 million.

The contractor will serve as the general contractor responsible for the construction and decoration of the new dormitories, including the main structure construction of the new dormitories at Qingyuan campus, as well as the installation of water supply and drainage facilities, electrical facilities, fire safety facilities, lightning protection facilities, elevators, outdoor pipeline networks, and outdoor landscaping, among others.

The new dormitories refer to Student Dormitory Building No. 12 and Student Dormitory Building No. 17 at Qingyuan campus.

Due to the continuous increase in student enrollment at Lingnan Vocational & Technical College, the existing dormitory bed capacity may not be able to meet student demand in the near future. The new dormitories at Qingyuan campus will expand Lingnan Vocational & Technical College's student capacity, thereby supporting the further development of its teaching capabilities and overall business.

Additionally, the new dormitories will be equipped with more advanced facilities, helping to improve students' living conditions and enhance campus safety. Therefore, the directors believe that the new dormitories will promote the Group's development and enhance its competitiveness and market recognition.
