Lendlease Global Commercial REIT announced a non-renounceable, underwritten preferential offering to raise approximately 196.6 million Singapore dollars. The transfer books and register of unitholders will close on Mar, 5 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to determine provisional allotments of new units.

The new units are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange Main Board on Mar, 26 2026 and will rank pari passu with existing units, including entitlement to distributable income from Jan, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026 and all subsequent distributions.

According to the indicative timetable, units will trade on a “cum” basis up to Mar, 3 2026, shift to “ex” status on Mar, 4 2026, and the preferential offering will open on Mar, 10 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Acceptance and payment for provisional allotments and excess applications must be completed by Mar, 18 2026 at 5:30 p.m. (9:30 p.m. via ATM applications).
