SANY INT'L (00631) announced that on January 22, 2026, the company entered into the 2026 CICC Financial Product Investment Framework Agreement with China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC). Under the agreement, the Group has agreed to subscribe for financial products from the CICC Group starting from January 22, 2026, until December 31, 2027, inclusive of both dates.

The Group has conducted these financial product subscriptions for wealth management purposes, aiming to maximize the utilization of its surplus funds and thereby achieve superior returns.
