Geo Energy Resources Limited announced the transfer of 356,000 treasury shares on Apr, 07 2026 to satisfy the exercise of employee share options granted under the Geo Energy Share Option Scheme.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury share balance fell to 184,467 from 540,467. This represents a decline in treasury share holdings from 0.031% to 0.011% of the company’s total issued shares.

The transferred shares were valued at approximately 0.096 million Singapore dollars. After the transfer, Geo Energy Resources’ total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) rose to 1,744,291,126 shares.
