Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it bought back 25,000 ordinary shares on Jul, 8 2026 at a weighted average price of US$61.6806 per share, with the highest and lowest prices at US$63.50 and US$60.73 respectively.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 294,258,976 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right and with no treasury shares held.

Shareholders should use the updated share count as the denominator when calculating any disclosure thresholds under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
