To reinforce the grassroots regulatory foundation for agricultural product quality and safety, solidify the source control defense line for agricultural products, further advance the comprehensive rectification campaign regulating the production, operation, and use of pesticides and veterinary drugs, and enhance the duty performance capacity of grassroots regulatory teams as well as the compliance awareness of agricultural production entities, the County Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau held the 2026 Training on Grid-Based Quality and Safety Management and Certified Commitment Certificate Application for agricultural products on September 21. A total of 143 participants attended the training.
This training covered regulatory personnel at the county, township, and village levels as well as agricultural product production and operation entities. Closely aligned with the actual conditions of the county's agricultural industry, the training employed real case analysis, policy interpretation, and hands-on instruction to deliver focused lectures on key topics including risk warnings for prohibited and restricted pesticides and veterinary drugs, standardized issuance of certified commitment certificates, safe use of pesticides and veterinary drugs, rapid testing of agricultural products, and practical operation of the provincial regulatory platform.
The training also included an interpretation of the deployment for the comprehensive rectification campaign on the production, operation, and use of pesticides and veterinary drugs. It explained to production entities the practical requirements for certificate use, pesticide and veterinary drug application, and production record-keeping, while clarifying the assessment points for grid-based regulation. On-site Q&A sessions were held to address doubts, fill gaps in grassroots operational capabilities, standardize the production and operation practices of entities, further solidify primary responsibilities, and strictly and meticulously safeguard the bottom line of agricultural product quality and safety across the county.
