FORTIOR (01304) saw its share price climb more than 7% in Hong Kong trading, reaching HK$126 at the time of writing with a gain of 7.05% and turnover of HK$13.77 million. The sharp move came after the company announced a key milestone in its equity incentive program.
On the evening of September 16, FORTIOR's board confirmed that the grant conditions under its 2026 restricted stock incentive plan have been met. The company designated September 16 as the initial grant date, offering 1.97 million restricted shares to 301 incentive recipients at a grant price of HK$100 per share. This move is seen as a strategic step to align key personnel with the company's long-term objectives.
Zheshang Securities pointed out that this incentive plan deeply binds core business and technical talent to the company's performance. The plan incorporates dual performance metrics—revenue growth and new product income—which underscores management's confidence in the expansion of its new business ventures.
The company's financial performance has been robust. In the first half of this year, FORTIOR generated revenue of RMB 561 million, reflecting a 49.56% year-on-year increase, while net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 199 million, up 70.98% from the previous year. Notably, industrial sector revenue surged 175% year-on-year, driven primarily by growing demand for cooling fans used in AI servers. Meanwhile, revenue from the automotive electronics segment rose by 64.54% during the same period.
Huatai Securities remains optimistic about the company's trajectory. The brokerage believes that demand in the industrial and automotive sectors is likely to maintain strong momentum in the second half of the year. Additionally, FORTIOR is actively bolstering its upstream production capacity arrangements, which should jointly support a continued rapid pace of operational growth going forward.
