For the month ended 31 July 2026, Qiniu reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital. Authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, equivalent to USD 500,000.
Issued shares stood unchanged at 2.00 billion, and the company held no treasury shares. Qiniu confirmed that its public float continues to meet the Main Board’s 25% minimum requirement.
Under the Pre-IPO Share Plan, 0.09 million options lapsed, reducing outstanding options to 101.45 million. No new shares were issued, no treasury shares were transferred, and no cash proceeds were generated from option exercises. The Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, adopted on 25 September 2024, still allows for the future issuance of up to 199.66 million shares.
There were no warrants, convertibles, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share movements during the period. Zhang Yuanhao, Joint Company Secretary, submitted the return on 06 August 2026.
