Nature Energy Technology Holdings Ltd (HKEX: 01597) has announced that on June 9, 2026, its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuchuan Tongli, as the employer, entered into an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract with the contractor, Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd. Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited.

The contract pertains to the construction of a 70MW/140MWh independent energy storage power station in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, China.

Under the terms of the EPC agreement, the contractor will be responsible for the project's survey and design, procurement of equipment and materials, construction and installation, system commissioning, grid-connection testing, fire safety acceptance, startup acceptance, grid integration, and handover.

The total contract value payable by Wuchuan Tongli under the EPC contract amounts to RMB 185 million, inclusive of tax.
