4. Capital Management Mandates • A share buy-back mandate up to 10% of issued shares and an issuance mandate up to 20% were renewed. • The issuance limit can be extended by the number of shares repurchased under the buy-back mandate.
5. Constitutional Update • A special resolution adopted a second amended and restated memorandum and articles of association, updating the company’s constitutional documents.
