PEGBIO CO-B (02565) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on December 22, 2025. According to the terms of the agreement, the joint placement agents allocated a total of 5.136 million placement shares to no fewer than six placees at HK$58.41 per share. This represents approximately 1.81% of the expanded H-share capital post-placement and about 1.31% of the total issued shares.
