Ltd., on 3 December 2025. BlackRock, Inc. conducted two purchases—22,000 shares at HKD9.0200 and 34,000 shares at HKD9.0282—and four sales of 634,000 shares at HKD9.0371, 17,900 shares at HKD9.0104, 38,000 shares at HKD9.0316, and 36,000 shares at HKD9.0344.

These transactions resulted in various changes to BlackRock, Inc.’s total shareholding and percentage stake in the Offeree company. Immediately after the final sale, its resultant balance stood at 1,774,000 shares, representing 0.0712% of the class. BlackRock, Inc. is considered a Class (6) associate of the Offeree company due to its ordinary shareholdings held on behalf of discretionary investment clients.
